Canyon Mill Homes, founded by Brett Burgess, is a company built on a legacy as enduring as the red rock landscapes that define Southern Utah. Our heritage traces back to the settlement of the area.  In 1861, our ancestor Melancthon Burgess constructed the first home in the St. George Valley. More than 160 years later, that same pioneering spirit lives on in everything we build. As a multi-generation, locally rooted company, we are proud to be your hometown homebuilder—shaped by this community, committed to its future, and inspired by its people.  With each home we build, we honor our history while embracing the opportunity to help shape yours.
